All orders placed by 2:00 CST PM Monday through Thursday will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders will be shipped via AIRBORNE EXPRESS next day service.

ORDERS PLACED AFTER 2:00 CST PM on THURSDAY will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

We reserve the right to restrict shipments due to elements that are beyond our control (Ex. Holidays, airport closings). If for some reason we cannot ship due to the above elements, you will be notified via e-mail.
Upon arrival, please allow your crickets approximately two hours to adjust to room temperature before judging the condition of your shipment.

TRACKING NUMBERS
Our computerized shipping system will e-mail you the tracking number of your package and the expected date of delivery. The e-mail will also include a link where the package can be tracked. Shipments can be tracked either through www.airborne.com or 1-800-AIRBORNE.

IMPORTANT There are some rural address that cannot receive next day delivery from our freight carrier due to their remote locations. These remote locations can only be determined when processing your order. In the event that this would happen, Express Crickets will hold your order. We will contact you via e-mail for your instructions on whether to go ahead and ship the order or if you would like to cancel the order.
Service to these areas is usually two days. All metropolitan areas should have no trouble receiving their orders the next day.
